What Is Going To Happen On Your First Visit To Our Office?

• A thorough case history where Dr. Serpe will listen...really listen to your concerns, goals and dreams for a better future. It's important that he understands who you are and what you hope to gain from this program.
• A fresh look at all of your most recent lab work using a function method of analysis and/or review of previous imaging studies. This process helps determine the type of further testing that would best suit you. Most people need to have the gaps in testing filled-in before Dr. Serpe can recommend a proper course of action.
• A functional neurological evaluation, if needed. Many chronic condition sufferers experience cognitive issues, weakness and other physical changes. The nervous system controls the body and is very susceptible to subtle metabolic changes and chronic stress.
• Dr. Serpe's special analysis and expertise in putting together all of the puzzle pieces for you. Isn't it time that we unravel the mystery behind why you are feeling so poorly?
• Starting Care can occur on this visit in some cases. Others cases may require more planning on Dr. Serpe's part thus requiring a second visit.
• Any treatment requested/provided is not free and will be billed at normal fees (we will not perform any services that incur a charge without your consent. We don't like surprises and we are sure you don't either).

We encourage you to bring your spouse or loved one/care taker to this visit. We cover many important points that two people can remember better. At times a close family member will offer additional information that can clarify some of Dr. Serpe's questions.

A written recommendation for care, will be reviewed including how we will help your condition, treatment frequency and duration and all financial details. Care begins with your permission.

We also accept Care Credit, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Health Savings Accounts, Personal Checks and Cash. You can be certain that we are mindful of getting you better faster. That saves you money, time and gets you back on track doing what you enjoy.

Especially for our "Out of Town" patients: Dr. Serpe works with patients from around the world performing case analysis, specific health counseling and nutritional coaching via phone, Facetime or Skype.

Here is how the Distance Doctoring© program works. Ideally, you'll meet with Dr. Serpe in person for an initial history, exam and prescription of necessary lab work. Meeting in person may not be possible. Please contact our office for specific instructions regarding this situation.

Once your lab test results arrive at our office, Dr. Serpe will analyze and interpret the data and develop a care plan according to your needs. The test results are forwarded to your location and a Distance Doctoring© visit is set up. Visits are usually between 15-30 minutes. Any specific treatment recommendations can be emailed to you and supplements are drop shipped to your location.

Distance Doctoring© program fee structure: an initial in person visit is no charge. Phone, facetime, skype: initial consultation is $125. Any lab work ordered must be paid for at that time and completed within 7-10 days. Follow up visits fees vary depending on time and complexity. *Please note that Dr. Serpe may not need two visits to properly assess your condition and determine whether or not he can help you. The free portion of the first visit or two is Dr. Serpe's time. It does not include therapy, lab work or supplements. If at the end of your initial visit Dr. Serpe needs to order lab work or recommends treatment he will explain that to you. Treatment and any fees will be explained before you receive care. Performing treatment is usually done when a patient is in acute distress and is seeking relief. If Dr. Serpe presents a care plan on your first visit and you accept then there is no need for a second free visit to present that plan. In that situation there is no free second visit.
